1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and pk68io ("we", "us", "our", "the Company", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any service provided through pk68io at pk68io.org, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form part of the overall agreement between you and pk68io.

2. Eligibility

To register and use pk68io, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pk68io does not permit access to or participation in any gaming or wagering activity by persons under the age of 21.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any other person or entity when registering or placing wagers.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of a current employee or contractor of pk68io or any of its associated entities.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is expressly prohibited.

pk68io reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe will result in account suspension and, where applicable, forfeiture of balances derived from bonus funds.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account on pk68io at any given time. Registering or operating more than one account, whether under the same or different identities, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pk68io will permanently terminate all associated accounts and may withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep such information updated at all times. pk68io reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any account information including, but not limited to, national identity card, passport, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk68io login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. pk68io will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. If you suspect any unauthorised access, you must notify pk68io support immediately.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your pk68io account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification being complete.

4. Deposits & Payments

pk68io accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and selected cryptocurrency networks. All deposit transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated at the time of transaction.

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page within your pk68io account and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• pk68io does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposited funds are held in a segregated account and are not used for operational purposes by pk68io.
• In the event that a deposit is credited to your account in error, you are obligated to notify pk68io immediately. Failure to do so and use of erroneously credited funds constitutes a breach of these Terms.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 General Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests on pk68io are subject to identity verification being fully completed on your account. pk68io reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until satisfactory KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation has been reviewed and approved.

5.2 Processing Times

pk68io endeavours to process all approved withdrawal requests promptly. Typical processing windows are as follows:

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa: Within 30 minutes to 2 hours of approval, subject to network availability.
• HBL / UBL / Meezan Bank: 1–3 business days, subject to inter-bank processing schedules.
• Cryptocurrency: Within 2–24 hours following approval, subject to network confirmation times.

5.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals may only be directed to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used for deposit, or verified as belonging to you. pk68io reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds, as required under applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

pk68io offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and loyalty rewards. All such promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover") before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balances. The applicable rollover multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses are credited for personal use only. Transferring bonus funds or coordinating wagering activity with other accounts to meet rollover requirements constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings.
• pk68io reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing wagering obligations on already-credited bonuses will be honoured.
• Where a maximum withdrawal cap applies to a bonus, any winnings exceeding that cap derived from bonus play will not be withdrawable.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• pk68io reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any winnings generated from them if it determines, at its sole discretion, that eligibility conditions were not genuinely met.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 General Wager Validity

All bets placed on pk68io are subject to the specific rules of the game or market in question. A wager is considered valid only once confirmed and assigned a unique bet reference number by the pk68io system. Bets placed after a market has been suspended or an event has commenced (unless the market is specifically designated as in-play) will be void and any staked amount returned.

7.2 Obvious Errors

pk68io reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or terms that were made available due to a manifest error, including pricing errors, system glitches, or data feed failures. In such circumstances, the staked amount will be returned to your account balance. pk68io will not be liable for any losses arising from such corrections.

7.3 Maximum Winnings

Maximum payout limits apply per single bet, per combination bet, and per day. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting market and are subject to change. pk68io reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted from any individual player at its sole discretion.

7.4 Cricket & Sports Betting

For cricket betting, including PSL, international Tests, ODIs, and T20Is, all results are determined by the official competition governing body's declared result. In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced, or otherwise affected by external conditions (e.g., weather, security), settlement will follow the specific rules applicable to that market as displayed at the time of bet placement.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk68io and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to obtain a financial benefit. Any such benefit obtained must be returned in full.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or conspiring to engage in match fixing, spot fixing, or any other form of sports corruption in connection with events available on pk68io.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, disassemble, or interfere with any part of the pk68io platform, its software, or its proprietary systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pk68io staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Charging back or reversing deposits after corresponding wagers have been placed.

Violations of this section may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities, including but not limited to the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) of Pakistan, and pk68io reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies.

9. Responsible Gaming

pk68io is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all players. We provide the following tools to all registered users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit into your pk68io account.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been logged in for a specified period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen prompts showing your net win/loss for the current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from pk68io for periods ranging from 30 days to permanent closure. Self-exclusions take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the selected period.
• Cool-Off Periods: Take a short break from the Platform without fully closing your account.

10. Intellectual Property

All content available on pk68io, including but not limited to software, source code, databases, functionality, design, text, graphics, logos, images, and game content, is the exclusive property of pk68io or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on pk68io without express prior written consent from the Company.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk68io, its directors, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes, without limitation:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of or corruption of data or information.
• Losses arising from interruptions, delays, or errors in Platform operation.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform.
• Losses incurred as a result of problem gambling behaviour.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, pk68io's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pk68io makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors or malicious code.

12. Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by pk68io is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also confirm your acceptance of our Privacy Policy.

pk68io processes personal data for the purposes of account administration, regulatory compliance (including KYC and AML obligations), fraud prevention, customer support, and service improvement. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

13. Amendments to These Terms

pk68io reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered users will be notified via the email address on file or via an in-platform notification. Your continued use of pk68io following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent revision was made. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and request account closure.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk68io holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably through our customer support process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect intellectual property rights or prevent imminent harm.
